Are your products in stock?

Yes. All items listed on our website are available for purchase and ready to be processed.


Will I receive exactly what I see online?

We do our best to accurately represent each product through images and descriptions. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material differences.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days


How much does shipping cost?

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • $10 (orders up to $99)

    • $20 (orders $100–$499)

    • Free on orders over $500

  • Express Shipping:

    • Flat rate of $35


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $500.


Will my items arrive together?

Not always.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items may ship separately and arrive at different times.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.


Are there any return fees?

Yes. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


What items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging


What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

This allows us to quickly resolve the issue with our shipping partners.


Orders & Changes

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.


Can I update my shipping address?

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it is processed.
