Refund policy

At Candri Interiors, each piece is carefully selected to reflect our commitment to intentional, elevated living. We encourage you to review all product details before purchasing to ensure it’s the right fit for your space.


Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags included

  • Proof of purchase is required


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A trackable shipping method is required

  • Candri Interiors is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed minus restocking fee and shipping costs

Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.


Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Used, installed, or altered items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Large furniture or oversized items 


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email: hello@candriinteriors.com

  • Include:

    • Photos of item

    • Photos of packaging

    • Order number

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of claim.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Candri Interiors partners with trusted vendors to fulfill orders.

As such:

  • Shipping timelines may vary

  • Inventory availability may change

  • In rare cases, orders may be canceled due to supplier stock issues

Customers will be notified immediately if this occurs.
